What happens if a payment is late?

We operate a 7 day late payment policy, after this point services are automatically suspended and will face a £5 fee if later reactivated. Suspended accounts are kept for a further 7 days before being automatically terminated, at which point we can't guarantee data will be recoverable.

If you know that you're not going to be able to pay on time please contact us stating the reason and date you expect to be able to pay, as we may be able to negotiate postponement of automatic suspension / termination.
